5. Estimates, Services, and Risk Acknowledgment

5.1 Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change after inspection.

5.2 Services

Shingle rejuvenation

Shingle conditioning

Roof painting and sealing

Exterior surface cleaning

Any work requiring a licensed roofer will be referred to a licensed partner.

5.3 Use of Chemicals

Our services use professional cleaning solutions, including Sodium Hypochlorite (SH), following ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) standards.

Precautions taken include:

Pre-wetting and rinsing plants

Neutralizing runoff with Plant Wash

Rinsing affected areas before and after treatment

However, some plant or property damage may still occur, especially to:

Painted surfaces (gutters, trim)

Stained wood

Oxidized or unsealed finishes

Heat-stressed or unhealthy vegetation

By requesting service, you accept these risks and release Bright Green Roof Central Florida LLC from liability.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 After Service

Clients are responsible for watering all landscaping for 24–48 hours after treatment to minimize residual effects.

6.2 Weather Risks

Rain within 24 hours may cause runoff that impacts plants or surfaces. We are not liable for weather-related outcomes post-treatment.

7. Waiver of Liability

By accepting our estimate or authorizing service:

You acknowledge and accept the use of SH and other treatment solutions.

You understand risks to plants and property exist despite our efforts.

You waive any claims related to plant stress, discoloration, runoff, overspray, or weather.

8. Warranties

8.1 Shingle Rejuvenation

Includes a 5-year transferable warranty covering pliability and flexibility. If shingles lose pliability within this period, we will re-treat them once at no charge (conditions apply).

8.2 Shingle Conditioning

Includes a 2-year anti-growth warranty. If algae or organic growth returns, we will re-clean the roof once at no charge.
Customers also receive 50% off a repeat treatment if scheduled before 5 years from the original service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be resolved through mediation or small claims in Seminole County, Florida.
